Founded in 2016, Digijeunes, was created with the belief that makerspaces, hackerspace and fablabs – places of “making” can contribute positively to society, education and the economy. Yet, often these third-place spaces remain a closed environment for the uninitiated. Digijeunes’ goal is to introduce everyone, including the disadvantaged to the “maker movement’ and demystify and educate others about the movement. We believe that the future of technology will be largely determined by end-users who will design, build, and hack their own devices, and our goal is to inspire, shape, support, and study these communities whilst introducing new members to the maker movement. To this end, we explore the intersection of computation, physical materials, manufacturing processes, traditional crafts, design and education.
Association Walk Together is created to serve as a learning organization that gathers trainers, youth and social workers, youth policy makers, experts, and volunteers with different levels of competences to actively be involved in the creation of civic activities with European dimension and with benefits of the local community. We have experts on different fields who are helping us to develop projects in all key matters for the European Union.
